Shipping Carrier:

Our company is in partnership with some of the best shipping services like FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL carrier. Therefore, you do not have to worry about the shipping at all.

Expedited fast shipping:

All our products are subjected to a period of handling before being shipped. 99% of our orders leave the warehouse between 1 to 4 days after the order has been placed. You will receive shipment in 4 to 10 days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order gets shipped along with a tracking number.


If you find the product different from the picture shown or the quality is not good, please contact us at [email protected] for the replacement of item or to initiate the return process.

Conditions for return:
1-The tags can’t be ripped, can’t be damaged.
2-Item(s) will be not accepted if there are signs of usage.
3-We accept the return only within 30 days after the receiving of product by the buyer. The shipping charges must be paid by the buyer.
4-Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.
5-Please allow 4-6 business days to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

Does Clothiz issue refunds?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled.

For Out of Stock items: we issue refunds to the original form of payment used if any items on the order sell out and we are unable to replenish in a timely manner.

Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
