Leather Shoes’ orders will be manufactured in 5-12 days once order is placed.

We accept the return requests made within 7 days after the product delivery to the customer.
The return request will be considered valid only in the following cases:
1- If the product is damaged.
2- If the product is totally different from the picture shown. (There might be a slight variation in design and color)
Note: There will be no return acceptable on the following claims:
1- No returns on size related claims (We manufacture every order specifically on “Made to Order Model” after the order placement).
2- No returns on custom orders because items are specially made for you and cannot be returned.
3- No returns if customer’s personal view changes after receiving the final ready product without any valid reason.

Conditions for return:
1-The tags and packaging can’t be ripped, can’t be damaged.
2-Item(s) will be not accepted if there are signs of usage.
3-We accept the return only within 7 days after the receiving of product by the buyer. The shipping & custom/duty charges must be paid by the buyer.
4-Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.
5-Please allow 4-6 business days to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
DOES CLOTHIZ ISSUE REFUNDS?
Yes we issue refunds only in the following conditions:
1- If customer returns the product fulfilling the required conditions (Only paid amount of product’ sales price will be refund excluding the shipping fee).
2- If customer wants to cancel the order immediately within an hour once order is placed (Full paid amount will be refund).
Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
